We are excited to share with you our latest project at the Bryce Resort Sports Center, where we are currently hard at work. One of the things that we pride ourselves on at Harman Construction is our exceptional construction management services. For this project, we brought all team members on board just after the design was finalized, allowing for close collaboration and consultation throughout the construction process.

Collaborative Gantt Chart Scheduling

Working hand in hand with our team on the jobsite daily, we produced Gantt chart scheduling and updated it on a weekly basis, ensuring every step of the project was on track and on budget. Our collaborative approach brings all team members together, holding weekly meetings, producing a schedule, and providing an easily viewable and adjustable approach to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

The first step in any successful project is finalizing the design. From there, we move onto bidding and engineering before finalizing contracts with both the owner and subcontractors. Once everything is in place, we mobilize onto the jobsite and get to work!
