For over 15 years, Harman Construction has proudly partnered with Eastern Mennonite University, completing eight projects that elevate the campus experience. Our latest achievement is a brand-new, state-of-the-art track and field facility! Designed for durability, performance, and sustainability, this track is a true gem. From its 400-meter, 8-lane track to its cutting-edge drainage and lighting systems, this project is something we’re excited to share. We can’t wait to see athletes shine at this new facility!

Constructing a Place of Healing
Preston started Valley Vital Care about ten years ago in Waynesboro, Virginia. The original location had limitations, and the need for a new, improved space became evident. While searching for a new site, Preston stumbled upon an old, neglected structure. Despite its dilapidated condition and multiple ownership changes, no one had given it the TLC it desperately needed.

Final Showcase of Suter Street
When we left off with the Suter Street project, the bones of the five duplexes were up, but now, all five buildings have been constructed. Bringing the Vision to Life
Mather Architects started with the vision of adding four new one-bedroom apartments to the open side of the current building and then enclosing the open-air courtyard, turning it into a beautiful new atrium for Sunnyside Retirement Community. Historical Renovation Underway in Staunton

Building Excitement at Bryce Sports Center
Welcome to Bryce Sports Center! Eric Cash, Project Manager for Harman Construction, is here to give you an update on what's been happening since your last visit.
As you approach the entrance, you'll see the new concrete walls that are made to look like wood but are actually poured concrete with rebar for strength. The entrance structure is being built with steel and will soon have a wood roof and decorative signage.
Harman Construction Supports Special Olympics
At Harman Construction, we greatly value the input of our employees. As an ESOP company, we have the privilege of deciding which fundraisers to undertake, allowing us to support causes close to our hearts. It was the perfect moment to introduce the entire team to the remarkable work of the Special Olympics, spearheaded by David Hull.
Transforming Living Spaces at VMRC
After 2.5 years of dedicated work at VMRC, we are proud to announce the completion of two magnificent quadplexes. These units are the fourth consecutive project we have undertaken at VMRC, replacing outdated residences with modern living spaces. Ranging from 1,537 to 2,258 square feet, each quadplex consists of 2 single-story units and 2 loft units.
Harmonizing Hearthstone Manor
Harman Construction is delighted to share some exciting updates on the recent renovations taking place at Hearthstone Manor Independent Living Facility within Bridgewater Retirement Community. The aim of this project was to transform the outdated appearance of the building, which was constructed 30 years ago, into a more aesthetically pleasing structure that harmonizes with the surrounding architecture. We're thrilled to announce that the renovation has been a tremendous success, thanks to the implementation of various key elements. Let's delve into the details!
