HCI was up for the challenge on this complicated project in Charlottesville, VA.  Even though we were dealing with tight site conditions, a congested neighborhood and unique building requirements, HCI was able to make this project a success.

Harman Construction, Inc. provided General Contracting services to build (2) New (3) story apartment building connected by a walkway bridge.  Podium construction was utilized for the Parking Garage on lower level and (2) stories of wood framed apartments above. A total of (8) 4-bedroom units. Exterior finishes were primarily hardie plank lap siding and brick.
